After Adam and Eve, the Bible tells us that as the earth filled up with people, more and more of them stopped loving God. They chose to listen to Satan instead, and when God saw how much evil there was, He felt very sad.

It was time for drastic measures! How was God going to save the earth from sin, like He had promised Adam and Eve, if all the people listened to Satan and chose to separate themselves from God?

In amongst all the violence and evil, God saw one good man. His name was Noah.
