Jesus Saves (Part 3) - The End

This is the end (that is not the end) of the Easter story - the saddest and happiest story.
In this part of the story, Jesus is too weak to carry His cross, so Simon of Cyrene is forced to help. Even while people insult and mock Him, Jesus prays, “Father, forgive them,” and shows mercy to a robber who asks to be remembered.
When Jesus dies, the temple curtain tears in two, showing that we do not have to be separated from God anymore, because through Jesus we can have direct access to God.
Jesus is buried in a tomb, the stone is sealed, and guards are posted, but early Sunday morning, an earthquake shakes the ground, and an angel rolls the stone away. Jesus appears to His disciples, proves He is alive, and sends them to share the good news with the whole world, because this story is not the end. Jesus is alive, and God is love.
